How it Works

Application

Submit your CV and complete a short set of written questions outlining your career interests, motivations, and current experience. This allows us to understand your ambition, preparation level, and areas for development.

Pairing

We carefully pair mentees with mentors based on career path (IB, S&T, AM, PE, etc.), sector interest, and personality fit.

First Meeting

Your first meeting sets clear objectives: CV positioning, application targets, and technical preparation roadmap.

Ongoing Support

Regular check-ins throughout the year, including mock interviews, technical prep, and application feedback.

Offer Secured

Once you receive your Spring Week, internship, or graduate offer, we celebrate the milestone and reflect on your journey.

Pay It Forward

Successful mentees are invited to return as mentors, strengthening the next cohort and building the DUFS pipeline.
